The Central Registrar's Office is responsible for the administrative enrolment of students, the operational management of pedagogical schools, the management of classrooms and the issuing of all certificates and diplomas issued by the University. 

It is also responsible for welcoming students, processing grants, paying registration fees and organising transfers.
